Set on the top floor in the attic level, this apartment is the most elevated and offers a particularly peaceful and private retreat. Accessed by stairs, it rewards guests with a large sea-view terrace furnished with a dining table, outdoor seating and sun loungers — ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean outdoors throughout the day.
The apartment is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with an open-plan living area combining a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and a comfortable living space. Here, a sofa bed provides sleeping space for two guests, while the bedroom comfortably accommodates two more, making the apartment suitable for up to four guests.
The bedroom is generously sized and includes an additional sofa (not intended for sleeping) and a luggage bench. The apartment features two bathrooms, one en suite to the bedroom, with a combination of a shower cabin and a bathtub, offering added flexibility and comfort.
Both the bedroom and living area are air-conditioned, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate during the summer season. As in all apartments, guests have access to a washing machine, dishwasher, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, heating and sound insulation.
The shared seafront swimming platform with sun loungers and umbrellas, located just below the villa, is easily accessible and offers a calm, natural way to enjoy the Adriatic Sea.

Sea view, beach is great, spacious rooms, quiet, not noisy environment. The host waited for us with a cold drink, very helpful in everything. The garden is amazing!
